With more than 15 years experience in Real Estate administration and Property management to draw on, Tracey is efficient, organised and ready to jump onto any queries you may have.

With a long established background in Property Management & the Real Estate industry, Paula’s was a natural progression in joining the team at Trevor Tapp’s over 10 years ago. As co-odinator for our team, she nurtures our staff & finds reward in guiding our Vendors & Purchasers through the last steps of the settlement process to finalise their transaction & bring it all home!
Dedicated to ensuring settlements occur on time, gathering up loose ends, and navigating often complex financial arrangements with mortgagees, Paula strives with integrity, accuracy & tenacity to deliver a smooth outcome for our clients.

An Adelaide Hills’ resident, Charlee is from a Real Estate family which has led her to Conveyancing as a career path. Charlee is efficient and exacting and brings youth and energy to our team & her caring nature is welcomed by her clients and colleagues alike.
Charlee has been with our team for over 4 years & having completed her qualifications at the end of 2023, she looks forward to assisting & nurturing clients through dealings in her role as a Registered Conveyancer.

Natalie lives, laughs & loves locally, having resided in Mount Barker for over 40 years – She brings a local passion to her role, finding enjoyment in helping clients achieve their property ownership goals. Natalie has an extensive background in customer service, bringing her warmth & willingness to assist our team & clients. Nat has been with our team for over 7 years & obtained her qualifications as a Registered Conveyancer in July 2024.

JACINDA HUTCHINSON
Principal / Registered Conveyancer
Jacinda took ownership of our practice in 2021 after 15 years working alongside Trevor as his associate. With a Business Degree in Property, some 25 years experience in the property industry and previous roles working for Elders Real Estate and Oakford Homes, Jacinda is well regarded as a trusted property practitioner.
A Littlehampton local and Mount Barker High School alumni, Jacinda grew up and completed her schooling throughout the Adelaide Hills and is a familiar face in the community. Like with Trevor, small business is a family, and she works to nurture a professional and personalised practice that supports and embraces her clients, staff and peers alike.

The man behind the name, Trevor handed over the reins in 2021, but continues to support our team in a consulting and advisory role. His 30 plus years of local knowledge is the keystone of our operation, with a wealth of experience passed over to our practising team.
