Jacinda Hutchinson: Principal & Registered Conveyancer

Jacinda has worked with Trevor for over 14 years and has been a registered Conveyancer since 2007 upon completion of a Business Degree in Property at the University of South Australia. Previously to this, she has 10 years experience in Real Estate Administration and as Office Manager with the local Elders agency. A long term resident of the Mount Barker district, Jacinda has an extensive local knowledge of the area.

Trevor Tapp: Registered Conveyancer

Trevor has been registered as a Conveyancer since 1985. Trevor has extensive Conveyancing experience with previous experience in the Banking Industry and some years working with lawyers. He has operated his own Conveyancing practice in Mount Barker since 1990.

Paula Griggs: Office Manager & Settlements Coordinator

Paula is a local to the Mount Barker area, who has extensive experience in the Property Industry – mostly on an administrative level. Paula joined the team in 2013, to find a new and rewarding variation to the property role. Having previous experience in Property Management, it has given Paula a very strong problem resolution skill – allowing her to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients in stressful times.

Natalie Barton: Office Administration

Natalie lives, laughs and loves locally, having resided in Mount Barker for over 40 years – she brings a local passion to her role, finding enjoyment in helping clients achieve their property ownership goals. Natalie has an extensive background in local customer service and administration, and brings her warmth and willingness to assist our office administration role. Nat has been with our team for 5 years and has just commenced her studies to become a Conveyancer.

Charlee Clifford: Office Administration/Junior Conveyancing Clerk

Charlee is local to the Adelaide Hills, and grew up in the Real Estate Industry through her Family, which initially sparked her interest in the Property Industry. Charlee joined the team in November of 2020 – allowing her to work in her field of study as she is currently studying to become a Registered Conveyancer.

Tracey White: Reception / Office Administration

Tracey has over 14 years experience in Real Estate administration and Property Management within the local Mount Barker area. Tracey joined our team in November of 2020, and has since been the smiling face on the Reception desk – providing a high level of customer service and assisting our team.
